| • | 6 oz. pineapple Juice |
| • | 5 oz. The Perfect Purée Coconut, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger, thawed |
| • | 8 oz. Ice |
| Method: | |
| 1. | In a blender combine all the above ingredients. |
| 2. | Blend well until smooth. |
| 3. | Pour into cocktail glasses, garnish with pineapple wedge, serve. |
