• | 3 oz. dark rum |
• | 6 oz. pineapple Juice |
• | 5 oz. The Perfect Purée Coconut, thawed |
• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger, thawed |
• | 8 oz. Ice |
Method: | |
1. | In a blender combine all the above ingredients. |
2. | Blend well until smooth. |
3. | Pour into cocktail glasses, garnish with pineapple wedge, serve. |
