| • | 1 1/2 oz. City Amber Organic Gin |
| • | 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Strawberry Puree, thawed |
| • | 3/4 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 2 lime wedges |
| • | Seabold Ginger Beer |

| Combine all ingredients and juice from lime wedges in shaker (discard wedges after squeezing). Shake until properly mixed and serve in a 16 oz. mug with ice. Top off with Seabold Ginger Beer and garnish with fresh strawberry and lime wheel. | |
