| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Pear Puree, thawed |
| • | 3/4 oz. agave nectar |
| • | 3/4 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice |
| • | 1/2 oz. ginger juice (raw ginger put through a juicer) |

| 1. | Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass. Shake with ice and strain into a rocked old fashioned glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and a few pieces of candied ginger on a pick. |
