• | 1 1/2 oz. gin |
• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Key Lime Concentrate, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. simple syrup |
• | 4 fresh basil leaves |
• | 6 seedless red grapes |
• | Basil sprig and grape on a pick for garnish |
Method: | |
1. | In a pint glass, add gin, Key Lime Concentrate, simple syrup, Ginger Puree and swizzle with bar spoon. Add basil and grapes and hand press with a muddler. Fill glass with ice. Shake vigorously for 6 seconds. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish. |
