    • 1 1/2 oz. Sailor Jerry Rum®
    • 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Coconut Puree, thawed
    • 1 barspoon The Perfect Purée Ginger Puree, thawed
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed
Method:
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a cocktail glass and serve.
