• | 1/2 oz. Cointreau Orange Liqueur |
• | 2 oz. Goji Lemon-Infused Aged Tequila |
• | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Peach Ginger blend, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice |
• | 4-6 dashes Scrappy’s Black Lemon Bitters |
• | For garnish: Dried flowers |
For the Goji Lemon-Infused Tequila: | |
• | 1 cup aged tequila |
• | 1/2 cup dried goji berries |
• | 4-8 dried lemon slices |
• | Mason jar |
Method for the Goji Lemon-Infused Tequila: | |
Add ingredients to a mason jar. Seal tight and let sit for at least 6 hours. | |
Method: | |
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds then double strain into a coupe/Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with dried flowers. |
