Goji Ginger Sour

    • 1/2 oz. Cointreau Orange Liqueur
    • 2 oz. Goji Lemon-Infused Aged Tequila
    • 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Peach Ginger blend, thawed
    • 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
    • 4-6 dashes Scrappy’s Black Lemon Bitters
    • For garnish: Dried flowers
For the Goji Lemon-Infused Tequila:
    • 1 cup aged tequila
    • 1/2 cup dried goji berries
    • 4-8 dried lemon slices
    • Mason jar
Method for the Goji Lemon-Infused Tequila:
Add ingredients to a mason jar. Seal tight and let sit for at least 6 hours.

Method:
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds then double strain into a coupe/Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with dried flowers.
