    • 1 1/2 oz. Courvoisier V.S. cognac
    • 1/2 oz. oz. Luxardo Apricot Liqueur
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Apricot Puree, thawed
    • 5 oz. mint syrup
    • 1/2 bar spoon The Bitter Truth Rosewater
    • 8-10 mint leaves
Crush ice in a julep tin and muddle mint in a pint glass. Add regular ice to pint glass with remaining ingredients and shake, then strain into the julep tin over crushed ice. Garnish with a spring of mint.
