| • | 3 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Colada, thawed |
| • | 3/4 oz. Disaronno |
| • | 1/2 oz. Bacardi Select (to float) |
| • | 2 dashes nutmeg |

| 1. | Place all ingredients (except Bacardi Select) into a blender. Add ice and blend until frothy. Pour into a glass. Float Barcardi Select and garnish with nutmeg. Serve. |
