| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice |
| • | 1 oz. tonic |
| • | 1/2 oz. St-Germaine® |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. |
| 2. | Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. |
| 3. | Strain into an ice filled glass and serve. |
