    • 1 1/2 oz. Corzo Reposado
    • 3/4 oz. St. Germain
    • 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Thai Basil & Black Pepper,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. pasteurized egg whites
1. Combine ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Shake, strain and serve up, garnish with a fresh basil leave and fresh black ground pepper.
