Green Apple Mojito1 drink |
• | 3 oz. Bacardi Rum |
• | 3 oz. The Perfect Purée Green Apple Puree, thawed |
• | 2 oz. club soda |
• | 3/4 oz. simple syrup |
• | 1 lime, cut into 8 pieces |
• | 12 mint leaves |
Method: | |
1. | Combine lime, mint leaves and simple syrup then muddle in a cocktail shaker. |
2. | Add rum, Green Apple and ice then shake vigourously for 6 seconds. |
3. | Pour entire mixture into a highball glass. |
4. | Top with club soda. |
5. | Garnish with lime wedge and mint sprig. |
