Green Apple Pie Martini

1 drink

    • 1 1/2 oz. Mount Gay Vanilla Rum
    • 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Green Apple Puree, thawed
    • 1/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Key Lime Concentrate, thawed
    • 1/2 oz. maple syrup
    • Cinnamon sugar rimmer
1. Coat the edge of a martini glass with Key Lime Concentrate.
2. Dip the edge in a mixture of superfine sugar and cinnamon. Place glass in freezer.
3. Combine maple syrup, Green Apple Puree, Key Lime Concentrate, and vanilla rum in a cocktail shaker.
4. Add ice then shake vigorously for 6 seconds
5. Strain and pour entire mixture into a martini glass.
6. Garnish with a thin wheel of a Granny Smith apple.
