Green Apple Tea’ni

Source: Sprouts Restaurant, Camelback Inn - Scottsdale, AZ

    • 2 oz. Juniper Green certified organic
    • 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Green Apple,  thawed
    • 1 oz. lemon sour*
    • 1 pinch organic gunpowder green tea
    • splash organic agave nectar
    • Handful of ice
    • Organic apple wheel, for garnish
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients except garnish in a shaker glass and shake until well blended.
2. Using a tea strainer to remove tea leaves, double strain into a chilled martini glass.
3. Garnish with apple wheel.
*Lemon Sour:
    • 2 parts organic lemon juice
    • 1 part organic agave nectar
