• | 2 oz. Juniper Green certified organic |
• | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Green Apple, thawed |
• | 1 oz. lemon sour* |
• | 1 pinch organic gunpowder green tea |
• | splash organic agave nectar |
• | Handful of ice |
• | Organic apple wheel, for garnish |
Method: | |
1. | Combine all ingredients except garnish in a shaker glass and shake until well blended. |
2. | Using a tea strainer to remove tea leaves, double strain into a chilled martini glass. |
3. | Garnish with apple wheel. |

• | 2 parts organic lemon juice |
• | 1 part organic agave nectar |
