| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Kiwi Puree, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. fresh lime juice |
| • | Fresh lime or kiwi wheel |

| Measure all ingredients into a Boston shaker with a cup of ice and shake for about 30 seconds. Serve over fresh ice or use the ice in the shaker (preferred method). Garnish with fresh lime or kiwi. | |
