• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée White Peach Puree, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. cardamom-clove syrup |
• | 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice |
• | Top with sparkling wine |

Shake first four ingredients with ice and strain into a wine glass with ice. Top w/ sparkling wine. Garnish with rosemary sprig and hibiscus sea salt. |
