|•||1 oz. The Perfect Purée White Peach Puree, thawed|
|•||1/2 oz. cardamom-clove syrup|
|•||3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice|
|•||Top with sparkling wine|
|Shake first four ingredients with ice and strain into a wine glass with ice. Top w/ sparkling wine. Garnish with rosemary sprig and hibiscus sea salt.|
