| • | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Pear Puree, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. Fresh squeezed lemon juice |
| • | 1/2 oz. simple syrup (1:1 water to sugar ratio) |
| • | dash of club soda |
| • | sprig of fresh rosemary (for garnish) |
| • | lemon wheel (for garnish) |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Spank rosemary sprig to release oils and aromas. Add rosemary and all other ingredients into a shaker. Shake and double strain into a Collins glass filled with large ice cubes. Add a dash of club soda. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a fresh rosemary sprig. |
