Daniel Guillen and Grethel Ibarvo, La Duni, Dallas TX

    • 2 oz. vodka
    • 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Pear Puree,  thawed
    • 1 oz. Fresh squeezed lemon juice
    • 1/2 oz. simple syrup (1:1 water to sugar ratio)
    • dash of club soda
    • sprig of fresh rosemary (for garnish)
    • lemon wheel (for garnish)
Method:
1. Spank rosemary sprig to release oils and aromas. Add rosemary and all other ingredients into a shaker. Shake and double strain into a Collins glass filled with large ice cubes. Add a dash of club soda. Garnish with a lemon wheel and a fresh rosemary sprig.
