| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Pink Guava, thawed |
| • | 1/8 oz. The Perfect Purée Key Lime Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1 1/2 oz. vanilla rum |
| • | 1 tsp. sugar |
| • | 1 oz. soda water |
| • | 1 dash of bitters |
| Method: | |
| 1. | In a pint glass, and add liquor and mixers. |
| 2. | Fill glass with ice. |
| 3. | Shake vigorously for 6 seconds. |
| 4. | Strain into cocktail glass. |
| 5. | Tope with sodda water and stir briefly. |
