• | 2 oz. Angostura Reserve Rum |
• | 3/4 oz. lime juice |
• | 3/4 oz. orgeat syrup |
• | 1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
• | Coconut Passion Cream (to top) |
• | shaved dark chocolate |

1. | Prepare Coconut Passion Cream. Combine ingredients (except Coconut Passion Cream) into a mixing glass with ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker and strain into serving glass. Top with Coconut Passion Cream and shaved dark chocolate. Serve. |
Coconut Passion Cream: | |
• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed |
• | 1 oz. coconut cream |
• | 2 dashes Angostura Orange Bitters |
