| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Mandarin Tangerine Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. fresh orange juice |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Combine and stir all ingredients with cubed ice. Strain into a paper cone filled with shaved ice. Stir once more and pack rounded top with shaved ice. Zest with orange peel. Garnish with orange wheel and a long, wide straw. |
