| • | 1/2 oz. Tequila Cazadores Anejo |
| • | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 3 oz. ginger beer |
| • | 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice |
| • | 1/2 oz. honey syrup |
| • | 3 dashes of Angostura bitter |

| Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, except ginger beer. Shake well and serve on the rocks in a Tiki glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with pineapple, mint, parasol. | |
