Ingredients for Hawaiian Meatball Sauce:
• 1000 g ketchup
• 500 g water
• 250 g apple cider vinegar
• 180 g brown sugar
• 3 g black pepper
• 15 g onion powder
• 15 gram ground mustard
• 45 g lemon juice
• 45 g Worcestershire sauce
• 45 g Tabasco sauce
• 125 g The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed
Method for Hawaiian Meatball Sauce:
1. Combine all ingredients and bring to a simmer. Reduce to desired thickness, let cool and keep refrigerated until ready to use.
2. Apply to any protein as a glaze or sauce.
