• | 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Thai Basil & Black Pepper blend, thawed |
• | 3/4 oz. charred black tea & pineapple gomme |
• | Squeeze of lemon |
• | Dash of bitters |
• | Orange peel and pineapple slice (garnish) |

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice, shake. Serve over fresh ice in a tall glass and garnish with an orange peel and pineapple slice. Serve. |
