    • 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Thai Basil & Black Pepper blend, thawed
    • 4 oz. kombucha
    • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
    • Mineral water/club soda
Method:
In a cocktail shaker combine all the ingredients with ice, except mineral water or club soda, shake and serve in a tall glass and top with mineral water/club soda. Garnish with Thai basil leaves and lemon wheel.
