| • | 1 1/2 oz. FAIR Goji Liqueur |
| • | 1 oz. FAIR Vodka |
| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 3/4 oz. lemon juice |
| • | 1/2 oz. simple syrup |
| • | Glass of soda water |
| Method: | |
| Add Carmelized Pineapple to a glass filled with soda water and set aside. Combine Goji, vodka, lemon juice and simple syrup into a mixing tin with ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into Collins glass and add pineapple soda mixture. Garnish with a lime wheel. | |
