| • | 1/2 cup The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1/2 cup Swoon Sugar Free Syrup |
| • | 2 scoops Vital Proteins Beef Gelatin |
| • | Coconut oil |
| • | Vanilla beans or grated ginger, optional |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Warm Swoon Sugar Free Syrup in microwave in a microwavable measuring cup. |
| 2. | Add 2 scoops of gelatin into the heated syrup and stir until gelatin is dissolved and well mixed. |
| 3. | Heat Passion Fruit Concentrate in a saucepan to steaming, not boil. |
| 4. | Once Passion Fruit Concentrate is steaming, pour into the mixture and stir well. Optional: Add vanilla beans or grated ginger to mixture. |
| 5. | Use an 8×8 oven pan or silicone mold. Brush or spray coconut oil onto the pan or mold, and pour mixture into it. Set aside for 1-2 hours for mixture to set if mixture is in mold and 2-3 hours if in pan. Cut into small squares if gummies is in oven pan. |

| If using The Perfect Purée Blood Orange Concentrate, use 1/4 cup of Swoon Sugar Free Syrup and 3/4 cup of Blood Orange Concentrate instead. | |
