• | Sparkling wine |
• | 1 oz. ginger beer |
• | 2 dashes bitters |
• | Hibiscus flower for garnish |
Method: | |
Combine all ingredients except sparkling wine in a pint glass. Add ice and shake well in a Boston shaker. Strain and pour into a cocktail glass. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a hibiscus flower. Serve. | |
