• | 1 oz. Leblon Cachaça® |
• | 1/8 oz. The Perfect Purée Key Lime Concentrate, thawed |
• | 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Apricot Puree, thawed |
• | 12 mint leaves |
• | 1/2 oz. simple syrup |
• | 1 oz. tonic |
Method: | |
1. | Combine Key Lime Concentrate, mint leaves and simply syrup then muddle in a cocktail shaker. |
2. | Add Cachaca, Apricot puree and cubed ice and shake vigorously for 6 seconds. |
3. | Pour entire mixture in a high ball glass. |
4. | Top with tonic. |
5. | Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig and serve. |
