Ingredients for I Want You:

• 1 ½ oz. Edmond’s Honor
• ½ oz. Vecchio Amaro Del Capo
• ½ oz. The Perfect Purée Tamarind Puree, thawed
• ½ oz. simple syrup
• ½ oz. lemon juice
• 1 egg white

Method for I Want You:

Add your ingredients to a shaker tin and dry shake 8-10 times. Add ice and shake well. Strain into chilled Coupe Glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
