    • 3/4 oz. Hendricks Gin
    • 4 oz. Sauvignon Blanc
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée White Peach Puree, thawed
    • Approx. 2 oz. of club soda
    • 3 inch chunks of honeydew melon
    • 3 sprigs of thyme (2 muddle, 1 garnish)
Method:
Muddle the chunks of honeydew melon, 2 thyme sprigs and 1 oz. White Peach Puree. Add Gin and shake well. Strain into wine glass and add the 4 oz. of Sauvignon Blanc wine. Add ice to the glass and fill with soda water. Garnish with a lemon twist and thyme sprig.
