| • | 750 ml. bottle of Flor de Cana 7 yr old rum |
| • | 12 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1/2 oz. of sparkling wine |
| • | 4 oz. fresh key lime juice |
| • | Raspberries and blueberries |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Add Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate and remaining ingredients to a punch bowl except for the wine. Add stir well with block ice. Garnish with fresh raspberries and blueberries. Add the wine just before serving. Serve. |
