| • | 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed |
| • | 1 oz. pineapple juice |
| • | 1 oz. orange juice |
| • | Drizzle of Grenadine |

| 1. | Add all ingredients, excluding grenadine to the mixing glass. Add ice, shake and pour into highball. Drizzle grenadine on top and garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry. |
