Ingredients for cream cheese:
- 1,515 g. Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese
- 235 g. The Perfect Purée Red Jalapeño puree, thawed
Method for cream cheese:
- Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
- Add cream cheese to KitchenAid mixer with paddle attachment and mix on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape bowl.
- Add The Perfect Purée Red Jalapeño. Mix on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape bowl.
- Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Scrape bowl.
- Mix on medium speed for 3 minutes.
- Remove from mixer and refrigerate until ready to serve. Can be held refrigerated for up to 7 days.
- Spread on an Original Sunshine Bagel and enjoy!
