Ingredients for cream cheese:

• 1,515 g. Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese
• 235 g. The Perfect Purée Red Jalapeño puree, thawed

Method for cream cheese:

1. Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
2. Add cream cheese to KitchenAid mixer with paddle attachment and mix on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape bowl.
3. Add The Perfect Purée Red Jalapeño. Mix on low speed for 1 minute. Scrape bowl.
4. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Scrape bowl.
5. Mix on medium speed for 3 minutes.
6. Remove from mixer and refrigerate until ready to serve. Can be held refrigerated for up to 7 days.
7. Spread on an Original Sunshine Bagel and enjoy!
