This dessert is smooth, tangy, and totally refreshing. Natavo™ Diced Avocado gives it a naturally creamy texture and holds that perfect green color, while The Perfect Purée Key Lime Concentrate adds a bright tropical lift. It’s a no-bake mousse that feels indulgent yet light, with every spoonful tasting like sunshine.

Ingredients for Key Lime Dream Cups:

• ½ cup Natavo™ Diced Avocado (thawed just until creamy)
• 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Key Lime Concentrate, thawed
• 4 tbsp. honey or agave syrup
• ½ cup chilled thick coconut cream
• ½ tsp. vanilla extract
• pinch of sea salt
• ¾ cup crushed graham crackers or cookies
• 2 tbsp. melted butter

Method for Key Lime Dream Cups:

Thaw Natavo™ Diced Avocado until creamy and gently mash. Combine the crushed graham crackers with melted butter until the texture resembles wet sand. Spoon a layer into the bottom of small glass cups and gently press to form the base. In a blender, combine mashed avocado, The Perfect Purée Key Lime, honey, coconut cream, vanilla, and salt. Blend until completely smooth and silky. Spoon the mousse over the graham cracker base, smoothing the tops for an even finish. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving to allow the texture to thicken slightly. Top with whipped coconut cream, a sprinkle of lime zest, or toasted coconut for a beautiful finish.
