| Ingredients: | 
  | • | 8 oz. The Perfect Purée Carmelized Pineapple Concentrate, thawed | 
  | • | 8 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed | 
  | • | 8 oz. The Perfect Purée Coconut Puree, thawed | 
  | • | 8 oz. full-fat coconut milk | 
  | • | 1/4 cup vegan granulated sugar | 
  | • | 3 tbsp. of cornstarch | 
  | • | 1 tbsp. dark rum (optional) |

  | Method: | 
  | 1. | Whisk all ingredients in a pan, and stir to combine. Place on stove over medium heat. When it starts to thicken, reduce to low heat. | 
  | 2. | Simmer for approx. three minutes. Remove. Let cool before using. |
