• | 1 1/2 oz. Cazadores Blanco |
• | 1/4 oz. Mezcal Blanco |
• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Prickly Pear Puree, thawed |
• | 1/2 oz. agave nectar |
• | 1 oz. fresh lime juice |
• | 3 dashes Tajin chili powder |
• | 1 sprig epazote |
Method: | |
In a mixing glass, add Prickly Pear Puree, Cazadores, epazote, lime juice, Tajin, Mezcal, agave nectar and ice. Shake 12 times and pour into a rocks glass with new ice and Tajin chili around the rim. Garnish with an epazote leaf. Serve. | |
