    • 1 1/2 oz. Charbay Green Tea Vodka
    • 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley Ginger Purée,  thawed
    • 1/4 oz. lemon juice
    • 2 oz. Pear Shrub
1. Pour ingredients into cocktail shaker with ice, shake vigorously. Strain into Martini glass and garnish with dehydrated pear.
Pear Shrub:
    • 8 Bartlett Pear (cored and cut into 2 inch pieces)
    • 8 sprigs thyme (leaves removed from stem)
    • 1 cup sugar
1. Puree ingredients in Vitamix until smooth, pour into container. Add approx. ½ cup Pear Vinegar, to taste, should be sweet and a little sour. Substitute apple cider vinegar or white balsamic if you like
