La Poire d’Amour

    • 1 1/2 oz. Grey Goose La Poire
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Cherry Puree,  thawed
    • 1/3 oz. simple syrup
    • 3 fresh basil leaves
    • 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
    • splash of Martini & Rossi Sparkling Rosé
    • fresh berries or slice of pear for garnish
1. In a mixing glass, combine ingredients except Martini & Rossi Sparkling Rosé. Add ice and shake with a Boston Shaker. Strain into a chilled martini glass and top with Martini & Rossi Sparkling Rosé. Garnish with fresh berries or slice of pear. Serve.
