| • | Splash of Martini & Rossi Sparkling Rosé |
| • | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Cherry Puree, thawed |
| • | 1/3 oz. simple syrup |
| • | 3 fresh basil leaves |
| • | 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice |
| • | Fresh berries or slice of pear for garnish |
| Method: | |
| 1. | In a mixing glass, combine ingredients except Martini & Rossi Sparkling Rosé. Add ice and shake with a Boston Shaker. Strain into a chilled martini glass and top with Martini & Rossi Sparkling Rosé. Garnish with fresh berries or slice of pear. Serve. |
