    • 2 oz. Kappa Pisco
    • 3/4 oz. The Perfect Purée Thai Basil & Black Pepper Blend,  thawed
    • 1/2 oz. fresh lime
    • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
    • 2 basil leaves (muddle)
    • 10 peppercorns (muddle)
Method:
1. Muddle basil and peppercorn, add remaining ingredients into shaker and add ice. Shake then double strain into a double old fashion glass with fresh ice. Garnish with basil leaves and peppercorn.
