Ingredients for Lemon Lychee:
• 2 oz. Desert Door Original Sotol
• ¾ oz. The Perfect Purée Lychee puree, thawed
• ¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
• ¾ oz. simple syrup
• freeze-dried lemon wedge from Tastecraft
Method for Lemon Lychee:
1. Add ingredients into a shaker with ice, shake vigorously, and double strain into a coupe glass.
2. Garnish with freeze-dried lemon wheel.
