Ingredients for Lemon With Attitude:

• 1 oz. Seedlip Spice 94
• ½ oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed
• ½ oz. cinnamon simple syrup
• 1 ½ oz. house-made sour mix
• 1 oz. Kylie Minogue Alcohol-Free Sparkling Blanc
• sugar rim

Method for Lemon With Attitude:

1. Make the cinnamon simple syrup with equal parts water and sugar. Infuse with 2 sticks of cinnamon until the color turns brown.
2. Make the sour mix with 3 parts water, 3 parts simple syrup, 2 parts fresh lemon juice, and 1 part fresh lime juice.
3. Combine Seedlip Spice 94, cinnamon simple, sour mix, and Yuzu Luxe Blend in a shaker with ice.
4. Coat the rim of a glass with sugar and fill with ice. Strain the drink into the glass and top with alcohol-free wine.
