| • | 1 cup The Perfect Purée Red Raspberry Puree, thawed |
| • | 6 oz. 1% or nonfat milk |
| • | 1 packet sugar substitute |
| • | 1/2 tsp. lime juice |
| • | 1/4 tsp. vanilla |
| Method: | |
| 1. | Pour 4 oz. of the milk into 4 sections of an ice cube tray. Freeze until firm. |
| 2. | In a blender combine milk ice cubes, remaining milk, Raspberry puree, sugar substitute, lime juice, and vanilla. Cover and process until smooth. Serve immediately. |
