Lilikoi Swizzle

    • 2 oz. Anejo Tequila
    • 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate,  thawed
    • 1 oz. vanilla infused agave syrup
    • 3/4 oz. lime juice
    • 8 drops Bittermans Hellfire Shrub
    • 10 dashes Peychauds Bitters (on top)
    • Mint sprig (garnish)
Method:
1. Build cocktail in a footed 12-14oz Pilsner glass. Add cobble ice and swizzle till glass is frosted. Top with cobbled ice and add 10 dashes of Peychauds bitters on top. Garnish with a big mint sprig.
