• | 2 oz. Anejo Tequila |
• | 1 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed |
• | 1 oz. vanilla infused agave syrup |
• | 3/4 oz. lime juice |
• | 8 drops Bittermans Hellfire Shrub |
• | 10 dashes Peychauds Bitters (on top) |
• | Mint sprig (garnish) |
Method: | |
1. | Build cocktail in a footed 12-14oz Pilsner glass. Add cobble ice and swizzle till glass is frosted. Top with cobbled ice and add 10 dashes of Peychauds bitters on top. Garnish with a big mint sprig. |
