Lowfat Passion Fruit Dressing

    • 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Passion Fruit Concentrate, thawed
    • 8 oz. water
    • 1 tbsp. potato starch
    • 2 tbsp. sugar
    • 1 tbsp. honey
    • 3 tsp. Dijon mustard
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1 oz. canola oil (optional)
1. Combine the water, starch, sugar, and honey in a small saucepan. Heat to a boil, whisking constantly. Pour pan contents into a stainless bowl and allow to cool.
2. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and whisk thoroughly. Transfer the dressing to a covered container and refrigerate until use.
