| • | 1/2 capful of Rare Tea Cellars Lemon (for lemon infused vodka) |
| • | 2 oz. The Perfect Purée Yuzu Luxe Sour blend, thawed |
| • | 2 oz. lemon infused vodka |
| • | Splash of champagne |
| • | Lemon for twist |
| Method: | |
| Infuse vodka liter for 24 hours with 1/2 capful Rare Tea Cellars Lemon. Double strain and bottle. Combine infused vodka and Yuzu Luxe Sour blend into a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist. Top with champagne at table-side. Serve. | |
