Ingredients:
- 1 ½ oz. Bacardi Limon
- 1 ½ oz. The Perfect Purée Lychee Puree, thawed
- ½ oz. simple syrup
- 1 oz. soda water
- 5 mints leaves
- 3 lime wedges – squeeze and drop
- Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig
Method:
- Combine mint leaves, lime, simple syrup, and Lychee puree, then muddle in a cocktail
- Add Bacardi Limon and shake vigorously for 6 seconds.
- Strain into a glass filled with ice.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig.
