    • 2 oz. Dried Rose Petal Infused Titos Vodka
    • 3/4 oz. Lychee Syrup
    • 3/4 oz. lemon juice
    • Soda water
    • Lychee and dried rose petals (garnish)
For the Lychee Syrup:
    • 12 oz. The Perfect Purée Lychee Puree, thawed
    • 8 oz. 1:1 simple syrup
Method for the Lychee Syrup:
Combine lychee puree with simple syrup at room temperature and stir thoroughly.
Method for the Cocktail:
Shake ingredients with ice and double strain into ice filled Collins glass. Top with soda and combine. Garnish with lychee and rose petals.
