Lychee Mojito

    • 1 1/2 oz. Bacardi Limon
    • 1 1/2 oz. The Perfect Purée Lychee Puree, thawed
    • 1/2 oz. simple syrup
    • 1 oz. soda water
    • 5 mints leaves
    • 3 lime wedge – squeeze and drop
    • Garnish with lime wedge and mint sprig
Method:
1. Combine mint leaves, lime, simple syrup, Lychee puree and muddle in a cocktail
2. Add barcardi limon and shake vigorously for 6 seconds.
3. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
4. Top with soda water.
5. Garnish with lime wedge and mint sprig
